Return & Refund policy

At Footsteps, every pair of footwear is crafted with love and care. However, we understand that sometimes your order may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a hassle-free Exchange & Return policy to make your shopping experience smoother.


General Policy

Returns are not applicable however an exchange order can be placed only if your chosen size/product is available. Refunds are only made only when a wrong or damaged product is delivered.

The exchange process starts once your return is picked up. If your chosen size/product is unavailable due to limited stock, our team will contact you for an alternative.

Customised, SALE items & LAST PIECES are not eligible for return or exchange

( Exception case - Standard amount of 199/- to beared by customer for pickup and re-ship)

International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Each order is eligible for return only once. 

A few pin codes may not be serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases, you may need to courier the product back to us.


How to Request an Exchange

Select the item, state your reason for exchange, and upload images if there are defects/damages and share via given email (footstepsadmin@zohomail.in)

A return pickup will be arranged (for eligible Indian pin codes).

Please ensure the product is unworn, with tags and labels intact.


Refunds

Refunds take 10-15 working days.

Refunds are made only in the form of Store Credit, unless you received a wrong or damaged product, in which case the refund will be credited to your original mode of payment.

Returns take 12–15 working days to reach our warehouse. Once received, our quality team checks them within 1–2 working days.

After verification, refunds are processed internally in 2–3 business days. Your bank/payment gateway may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the refund.


International Orders

Customers must bear shipping and customs charges for returns.

We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for international orders.

Refunds/store credits are issued only for the product value (excluding shipping charges).

Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Alternatively, customers can arrange to send the product back via someone traveling to India.
