Before FootSteps reached your screen, our story was born in a bustling neighbourhood shop, built on a simple philosophy handed down across three generations.

For six decades, our grandfather and father walked into that same shop every morning, meeting every season, busy or quiet, with the exact same calm focus.

They taught us that a real business isn't built on viral trends or quick margins. It's built on people's trust.

Tested on Real Feet

When we set out to take our 60+ year family legacy online, we made a conscious choice not to hide behind digital screens. Papa's rule was clear: go out, meet people in person, listen to what they need, and build for that.

We took to local stalls and pop-up markets, testing every design directly on real feet. From trendy statement platforms to all-day cushioned flats for mummies and maasis, we refined every single pair until it was right.

Dukaandari Ke Usool: Zero Shortcuts

In a world so fast driven, we faced a choice when costs rose: raise prices or cut quality. We chose a third option. We reduced our own margins.

Because as Papa says: "Dukaandari karte waqt thoda kam kama lena chalega, lekin chappalein aisi dena ki samne wale ke pair nahi dukhne chahiye."
