Where do you deliver?

We ship pan-India! If your location falls outside our standard delivery coverage, email us at footstepsadmin@zohomail.in and we will try to arrange an alternative delivery channel.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, we send your tracking reference number via email and SMS. Email ID to be shared mandatory for shipping details 

Are there any shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Exchange requests additional re-shipping charges of INR 199/- are borne by the customer 

What is the standard delivery time?

Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days, with faster delivery for metropolitan areas. Same Day Delivery on special requests only in Mumbai (Request via Instagram DM)
